EXPERT INTERVENTION AND ARBITRATION. If within the thirty Days mentioned, the senior executives of the Parties cannot reach an agreement or decision, or if within the fifteen Days mentioned, no agreement or decision adopted is signed, either Party may resort to the mechanisms provided for in Subsections 27.2.1, 27.2.2, and 27.2.4, as the case may be, and as follows:
