EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION. This Contract expires August 8, 2025, unless it is cancelled sooner pursuant to Article 22. The Seller acknowledges that the City, during any fiscal year, shall not expend money, incur any liability, or enter into any agreement which, by its terms, involves the expenditure of money in excess of the amounts budgeted or the reduction of revenues for those budgeted agreements that may be available for expenditure during such fiscal year.

  • Renewal, Extension The renewal or extension of any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Effective Date and Term The amendments to the Contract as set out in this Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date and shall cease to have effect on the Expiry Date or earlier termination of the Contract.
