Common use of Expiration Dates Clause in Contracts

Expiration Dates. Products supplied by Corium shall, at the time of Delivery to ▇▇▇▇, be dated such that the expiration of such Products shall not occur until at least [*] from such date of delivery to ▇▇▇▇, provided, however, that Corium shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Products to ▇▇▇▇ with the longest possible expiration date.
