The restrictions on the Restricted Securities assigned pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Securities will become transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or any of its affiliates until the applicable dates set forth therein.
