Common use of Expiration/Resolution of Appeals Clause in Contracts

Expiration/Resolution of Appeals. Any appeal period to administratively and/or legally contest the parties’ entering into the Lease and/or the issuance of the Entitlements has lapsed with no such administrative and/or legal contest having been filed, or if filed, the same has been resolved to Lessee’s sole and subjective satisfaction; and
