Common use of Expiry of Contract Clause in Contracts

Expiry of Contract. 29.1 At all times the Contractor shall use its best endeavours and take all reasonable steps to co-operate fully with the Council and any successor Contractor providing all information reasonably required by the Council prior to expiry, removing such vehicles, plant and equipment from the Council’s Demised Premises, and transferring all of its rights, title and interest in any vehicle, plant and equipment to the Council or any successor Contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents.
