Common use of Expiry of the Term Clause in Contracts

Expiry of the Term. 8.1 Upon the expiry of the Term, and subject to the Client paying all outstanding Service Charges in full, the Client’s obligation to pay the Service Charges shall cease and the Client may (at its election): (a) choose to extend this contract and continue with the Services, or (b) continue to use their Solar PV System without the Services and with no further service cost; or (c) remove and safely and correctly dispose of the Solar PV System in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Expiry of the Term. 8.1 Upon the expiry of the Term, and subject to the Client paying all outstanding Service Charges in full, the Client’s obligation to pay the Service Charges shall cease and the Client may (at its election): (a) choose continue to extend this contract and continue with use any Work Product located on the Services, orSite; and (b) continue to use their following a Solar PV System without the Services and with no further service cost; or (c) Failure remove and safely and correctly dispose of any affected Work Product (on behalf of the Solar PV System Company) in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
