Explanation of Procedures. To be included in the study, you must meet the following inclusion criteria: a. You are licensed as a psychologist, counselor, or social worker. b. Your license allows you to diagnose psychiatric disorders. If you do not meet these criteria, you will not be included in this study, and we will notify you via an email. If you qualify and are willing to participate, you will be taken to the questionnaire after signing and submitting this informed consent. 1. A demographics questionnaire: these are questions about you, including education history, type of license held, and setting in which you practice. 2. Three vignettes: presented individually for which you will provide a diagnosis.
