Common use of Explanatory Note Clause in Contracts

Explanatory Note. 27.1 Appendix 1 contains the Explanatory Note relating to this Agreement required by clause 25E of the Regulation. 27.2 Pursuant to clause 25E (7) of the Regulation, the Parties agree that the Explanatory Note in Appendix 1 is not to be used to assist in construing this Agreement.
