EXPLANATORY STATEMENT. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Article II of Chapter 60 of the Harford County Code, as amended (the “Act”), the County Council of Harford County, Maryland (the “County Council”) created the Agricultural Land Preservation and Purchase of Development Rights Program to preserve productive Agricultural Land and Woodland (each as defined in the Act), which provide for the continued production of food and fiber for the citizens of the County.
