Common use of Export and Import Regulations Clause in Contracts

Export and Import Regulations. Company acknowledges that the Application contains cryptographic features and is subject to United States, Canada, and local country laws governing import, export, distribution and use. Company is responsible for compliance by Company with United States, Canada, and local country laws and regulations and will not export or transmit the Application (i) in violation of any export control laws of the United States, Canada or any other country, or (ii) in respect of SAFE-T Services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc., to anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders.
