Common use of Export and Import Clause in Contracts

Export and Import. Customer acknowledges that the export, re-export, import and use of certain hardware, software and technical data provided hereunder may be regulated by the UAE and other governments and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customer represents and warrants that Customer is not subject to any government order suspending, revoking or denying export or import privileges.
