Common use of Export/Import Clause in Contracts

Export/Import. Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller and Buyer are established or from which items may be supplied, will apply to its receipt and use of Goods and Services. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import, export or reexport Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Export/Import. Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller and Buyer are established or from which items Goods and Services may be supplied, will apply to its their receipt and use of Goods and Servicesuse. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, importimport or export, export or reexport Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Export/Import. Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller Cornerstone and Buyer are established or from which items may be supplied, will apply to its receipt and use of Goods and Services. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import, export or reexport re-export Goods in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Buyer agrees that all applicable import and export control laws, regulations, orders and requirements, including without limitation those of the United States and the European Union, and the jurisdictions in which the Seller and Buyer are established or from which items Goods, Parts, Software, and services may be supplied, will apply to its their receipt and use of Goods and Servicesuse. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import, export export, Goods, Parts, or reexport Goods Software in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.

Export/Import. In no event shall Buyer use, transfer, release, import, export or reexport Goods re-export goods or products in violation of such applicable laws, regulations, orders or requirements.
