Common use of Export Law Assurances Clause in Contracts

Export Law Assurances. Customer acknowledges that Product may be subject to export and import control laws, and agrees to comply fully with those laws in connection with Product. Customer agrees that Product is not being and will not be acquired for, shipped, transferred, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, to proscribed or embargoed countries or their nationals.
