Common use of Export Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Export Laws and Regulations. Any obligation of DataSync or any Third Party Software Vendor to provide any services under this Agreement shall be subject in all respects to all United States laws and regulations governing the license and delivery of technology and products abroad by persons subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Customer shall not export, directly or indirectly, any rights or other intellectual property provided by DataSync or any Third Party Software vendor under this Agreement without first obtaining all required licenses and approvals from the appropriate government agencies as well as the prior written consent of DataSync.
