Export License. Customer understands and confirms that it is Customer's responsibility to obtain any required Export License from the relevant U.S. authority. Without accepting any liability for any failure to do so, Boeing will use reasonable endeavors to alert Customer to any regulatory changes of which Boeing becomes aware and which require Buyer to obtain such Export License.
