Common use of Export Requirements Clause in Contracts

Export Requirements. As an exporter of dairy products (including infant formula powders), we are subject to strict requirements which apply to our sourcing of milk and other ingredients. These export requirements change from time to time, and we may not be given prior notice of these changes. We will use our reasonable endeavours to keep you informed of, and work with you in relation to, these export requirements as they apply to your supply of Milk under this Agreement.
