Exporter of Record. If Reseller chooses to use a freight forwarder or agent, other than a 3Com preferred freight forwarder to export Technical Data from the United States, Reseller or its properly authorized agent or forwarder must hold a properly executed power of attorney to prepare and sign Shipper's Export Declarations as exporter of record from the United States.
