Expressly Prohibited Actions. 4.8.2.1 Participating in or instigating a fight during working hours. 4.8.2.2 Insubordination (direct violation or a work assignment or direction). 4.8.2.3 Theft of removal from premises, without proper authorization of any company property or property of another employee. 4.8.2.4 Unauthorized possession or use of firearms, explosives, or any other concealed weapons during assigned working hours. 4.8.2.5 Possessing, using, selling, or distributing alcoholic beverages, legal or illegal drugs on company premises, or in company vehicles or on project sites. 4.8.2.6 The above prohibited actions shall not be construed to deny the right of the Employer to discipline any employee for an act or cause not mentioned. Additionally, nothing contained in this article 4.8 shall prohibit the Employer from terminating employment of any employee with or without cause.
