Common use of Extend Service Clause in Contracts

Extend Service. Be construed to constitute an agreement, or an expression of intent, on the part of the Company or any Affiliate to extend the service of Grantee beyond the time that he or she would normally be retired pursuant to the provisions of any present or future retirement plan or policy of the Company or any Affiliate, or beyond the time at which he or she would otherwise be retired pursuant to the provisions of any contract of service with the Company or any Affiliate.
