Extended Disability. a. If a Contract or Regular Faculty Member suffers an extended disability and is thereby unable to perform the required duties as a Faculty Member, the Faculty Member shall, upon exhaustion of paid sick leave as provided in Section 14.4., be granted an unpaid extended disability leave.
