Extended Reporting. If any of the required liability insurance is permitted to be and is on a "claims made" basis, the Contractor or Subcontractor who provided the insurance coverage, shall obtain an extended reporting period on the claims made policy or maintain the claims made policy for a duration of at least 24 months from the date the applicable work has been completed and accepted by Owner or the date of Final Completion. This extended reporting requirement shall be satisfied with documentation of one of the following: o Maintaining the applicable continuous claims made policy with liability coverage; o Extended Reporting Endorsement; or o Tail Coverage.
Extended Reporting. If any of the required insurance is on a claims made basis and does not include an extended reporting period through the statute of ultimate repose, Consultant shall maintain continuous claims made liability coverage, provided the effective date of the continuous claims made coverage is on or before the effective date of this Contract, for a period equal to the statute of ultimate repose following the later of (i) Consultant’s completion and Owner’s acceptance of all Services required under this Contract, or, (ii) The expiration of all warranty periods provided under this Contract.
Extended Reporting. Period If this policy is terminated non-renewed for any reason, other than termination by the Company for non-payment of premium, then the Principal Organisation and the Insured Persons shall have the right, upon payment of the additional premium set forth in Item 5(A) of the Schedule, to an extension of the coverage granted by this Policy for Claims first made during the period set forth in Item 5(B) of the Schedule (the “Extended Reporting Period”) following the effective date of termination or non-renewal, but only to the extent such Claims are for Wrongful Acts occurring before the effective date of termination or non-renewal. The offer of renewal terms and conditions or premiums different from those in effect prior to renewal shall not constitute refusal to renew. The right to purchase an extension of coverage as described under this Section 7 shall lapse unless written notice of election to purchase the extension, together with payment of the additional premium due, is received by the Company within thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination or non-renewal. Any Claim made during the Extended Reporting Period shall be deemed to have been made during the immediately preceding Policy Period. The entire additional premium for the Extended Reporting Period shall be deemed fully earned at the inception of such Extended Reporting Period.

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • Required Reporting Pursuant to RCW 67.28.1816(2)(c)(i): All recipients must submit a report to the COUNTY by December 15, 2020 describing the actual number of people traveling for business or pleasure on a trip during 2020: (A) Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in Pacific County in paid accommodations; (B) To a place fifty miles or more one way from their place of residence or business to Pacific County for the day or staying overnight; or (C) From another country or state outside of their place of residence or their business to Pacific County. The ORGANIZATION is also required to submit a final actual expenditure report completed to the best of your ability by December 15, 2020 with the final voucher to receive full payment.

  • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.

  • Funding, Services and Reporting The HSP represents warrants and covenants that (a) the Funding is, and will continue to be, used only to provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; (b) the Services are and will continue to be provided: by persons with the expertise, professional qualifications, licensing and skills necessary to complete their respective tasks; and in compliance with Applicable Law and Applicable Policy; and (c) every Report is accurate and in full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement, including any particular requirements applicable to the Report and any material change to a Report will be communicated to the Funder immediately.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements. (2) Prior to contract closeout, the Engineer shall submit a Final Report (Exhibit H-4) to the address set forth in Attachment H. (3) The Engineer shall submit a separate report with each billing statement showing the percent completion of the work accomplished during the billing period and the percent completion to date, and any additional written report requested by the State to document the progress of the work.
