Extended Studies. The University will regularly review its programs to ensure that all persons teaching in Extended Studies and its affiliated programs, who are or should be members of the bargaining unit as defined in Article 1 (Recognition), are provided the same information as other members of the bargaining unit concerning this collective bargaining agreement and their rights thereunder. The University will meet upon request with a representative of the Union to review the Extended Studies programs, the status of persons hired to teach in its programs, and the implementation of this section.
