Common use of Extended Warranties Clause in Contracts

Extended Warranties. Extended five and ten-year warranties for parts and labor for PB Heat PureFire ® residential gas boilers are available. This program is sold directly to the installing contractor/dealer who, in turn, will sell it to the home or building owner. Such additional warranty will commence on the 31st day following installation and expire on the five/ten year anniversary of installation. Extended warranty coverage is also available for certain boiler system accessories. The coverage on these accessories can be added to any new PB Heat boiler installations, only by the contractor/dealer who sells the boiler and the extended warranty contract. PB Heat is not responsible for labor claims against the PB Heat extended warranty program administrator or any other insurance carrier.
