Common use of Extended Warranties Clause in Contracts

Extended Warranties. In the event any subcontractor, supplier or manufacturer offers a longer warranty period beyond those specified in this Contract, the Contractor shall state the terms of such warranty or warranties in writing and shall extend same to the Authority without additional cost to the Authority if no additional cost is incurred by Contractor.
