Extension and Variation of the Lpa. General 13.1 For the purposes of all powers implied by the LPA, such powers shall arise (and the Secured Liabilities shall be deemed to have become due and payable for that purpose) on the date of this Deed. 13.2 Section 103 of the LPA (restricting the power of sale) and section 93 of the LPA (restricting the right of consolidation) shall not apply to the security constituted by this Deed. 13.3 The statutory powers of leasing conferred on the Agent are extended so as to authorise the Agent and any Receiver at any time after the security constituted by this Deed has become enforceable to make any lease or agreement for lease, accept surrenders of leases and/or grant options on such terms as it or he shall think fit, without the need to comply with any restrictions imposed by sections 99 and 100 of the LPA. 13.4 Each Receiver and the Agent is entitled to all the rights, powers, privileges and immunities conferred by the LPA on mortgagees and receivers.

  • Amendment and variation 16.1 No amendment or variation to this Contract shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the parties hereto. The Contractor shall comply with any formal procedures for amending or varying contracts that the Department may have in place from time to time.

  • Amendments and Variations No amendment to or Variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing by duly authorized representatives of both Parties, if not provided otherwise herein. The Agreement can be amended in compliance with the provisions of Article 61 of the Public Procurement Law of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). The Parties acknowledge that no further extensions of this Agreement are authorized.

  • Extension of the Term At least two months prior to the third anniversary of the Effective Date, the Parties will evaluate the effectiveness of this Agreement and decide whether to extend the Term.

  • WAIVER AND VARIATION No waiver or variation of this Parent Agreement shall be of any force unless such waiver or variation is agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorised representative of each of the Parties.
