Extension if Necessary. The SEP Completion Date is the due date of the final report unless the Executive Officer approves an extension. If an extension is granted, it shall also apply to the reports to the Regional Water Board. If an extension is necessary, KIDS for the BAY will submit a written request for such an extension to the Regional Water Board’s Executive Officer and will provide the justification for the delay as required by the Stipulated Order at section III.7.
