Common use of Extension of Access Scheme term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Access Scheme term. If EnergyCo proposes to extend the “term” (as defined in the Access Scheme Declaration), EnergyCo must provide written notice to Access Right Holder (an Extension Notice) prior to notifying Access Right Holder of the extended “term” in accordance with clause 13(4) of the Access Scheme Declaration.
