Common use of Extension of Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Extension of Closing Date. Paragraph 8 of the Agreement is amended to provide that the Closing Date shall be extended from April 4, 1997 to April 29, 1997, and that all references to the Closing Date in both the Agreement and the Personal Property Agreement shall mean April 29, 1997.

Extension of Closing Date. Paragraph 8 of the Agreement is amended to provide that the Closing Date shall be extended from April 4, 1997 to April 29February 17, 1997, and that all references to the Closing Date in both the Agreement and the Personal Property Agreement shall mean April 29February 17, 1997.

Paragraph 8 of the Agreement is amended to provide that the Closing Date shall be extended from April 4December 2, 1997 1996 to April 29December 19, 19971996, and that all references to the Closing Date in both the Agreement and the Personal Property Agreement shall mean April 29December 19, 19971996.

Extension of Closing Date. Paragraph 8 The Closing Date, as defined in Section 5.2 of the Agreement is amended to provide that the Closing Date Original Agreement, shall be extended from April 4to be the date which is on or before December 15, 1997 to April 29, 1997, 1998. Any and that all differing dates or time periods and references to same in the Closing Date in both the Purchase Agreement and the Personal Property Agreement shall mean April 29, 1997are hereby deleted or modified accordingly.
