Extension of Deadline Date for Delay Caused by Force Majeure. The In-Service Deadline Date, any Proposed In-Service Date and any applicable start-up window for any Liquefaction Unit shall be extended on a Day-for-Day basis for each Day of delay resulting from an event of Force Majeure during construction of that Liquefaction Unit. With respect to the First In-Service Date only, in the event that any such delay exceeds forty-eight (48) months, Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by delivering written notice of termination to ELC.
