Common use of Extension of Maturity of Subordinated Notes Clause in Contracts

Extension of Maturity of Subordinated Notes. On or before April 15, 2008, Creditors agree to amend the Subordinated Notes to extend the maturity date thereof from October 31, 2008 to a date no earlier than December 30, 2011.

On or before April 15March 31, 20082003, Creditors agree to amend the Subordinated Notes to extend the maturity date thereof from October 31May 23, 2008 2003 to a date no earlier than December 30October 31, 20112004, and on or before August 15, 2004, to the extent the Subordinated Notes do not have a maturity date later than October 31, 2004, Creditors agree to amend the Subordinated Notes to extend the maturity date thereof to a date no earlier than October 31,2005.
