Common use of Extension of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Extension of Restrictions. If Executive violates the provisions of Section A, the twelve (12) month period referred to in this Section A shall recommence and the Executive shall continue to be bound by the restrictions set forth in Section A until a period of twelve (12) months has expired without any violation of such provisions.
