Common use of Extension of Services Clause in Contracts

Extension of Services. Grantee shall assess the child/youth progress in treatment at the 7th month. If the child/youth does not meet the expected progress in treatment, Grantee shall submit to HHSC, a written request to extend the length of stay for the child/youth. Based on review of progress in treatment by HHSC, the length of stay may be extended if clinically indicated.
