Extension of Time to Perform. Whenever the time for the performance of any action or condition contained in this Agreement falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such time shall be extended to the next business date.

Extension of Time to Perform. Except as otherwise provided, time is of the essence of this Agreement.
