Extension or Amendment of Collateral. Except as otherwise permitted or notified under Section 5.1(o)(vi), Section 5.1(t)(iii), Section 6.4(a) or Section 6.8(d), the Collateral Manager will not extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Loan on behalf of the Borrower.
