Common use of Extension or Amendment of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Collateral. The Seller will not, except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.4(a), waive, extend, amend or otherwise modify, or permit the Servicer to extend, amend or otherwise modify, the terms of any Collateral (including the Related Security) provided, however, that no waiver, extension, modification or alteration otherwise permitted under Section 6.4(a) shall (i) have the effect of altering the status of any Loan as a Defaulted Loan, (ii) have the effect of, in the reasonable judgment of the Administrative Agent, preventing or delaying any Loan from becoming a Defaulted Loan, or (iii) limit and/or impair the rights of the Administrative Agent or the Secured Parties under this Agreement.
