Common use of Extension or Amendment Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment. The Borrower will not, except as otherwise permitted hereunder or by law, extend, amend or otherwise modify, or permit the Servicer to extend, amend or otherwise modify, the terms of any Dealer Agreement, Loan or Contract; provided, however, the Dealer Agreements may be amended in connection with the closing of or opening of a pool.
