Extension to Satisfy Condition. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 7.3, if any condition to Buyer’s obligation to close hereunder has not been satisfied by the then scheduled Closing Date, then Seller shall have the right to extend the Closing Date for such period as shall be reasonably necessary to permit such condition to be satisfied, but in no event, on account of any extension by Seller, shall the Closing Date be extended more than ten (10) days in the aggregate.

  • Failure to Satisfy Conditions If the Secured Party or its Custodian fails to satisfy any conditions for holding Posted Collateral, then upon a demand made by the Pledgor, the Secured Party will, not later than five Local Business Days after the demand, Transfer or cause its Custodian to Transfer all Posted Collateral held by it to a Custodian that satisfies those conditions or to the Secured Party if it satisfies those conditions.
