Common use of Extension Clause in Contracts

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 forty-four (44) months and shall expire on January 31April 30, 2027 2025 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 24 months and 22 days and shall expire on January 31February 29, 2027 2008 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months SIX (6) MONTHS and shall expire on January 31SEPTEMBER 30, 2027 2009 (the “Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 64 months commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on January December 31, 2027 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term of the Lease commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 fifty-four (54) months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2028 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 the date that is 5 years from the Substitution Effective Date (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Termination Date”) , and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months ten (10) years and shall expire on January 31April 30, 2027 2030 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Lease Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 thirty-nine (39) months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2001 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”."

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 56 months and shall expire on January 31February 28, 2027 2013 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 12 months and shall expire on January October 31, 2027 2006 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby retroactively extended for a period of 15 twelve (12) months and shall expire on January 31November 30, 2027 2012 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 thirty six (36) months and shall expire (hereinafter the “Extended Term”) commencing on January 1, 2006 (hereinafter the “Extension Date”) and expiring at 5 p.m. on December 31, 2027 2008 (hereinafter the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 the 5th anniversary of the Substitution Effective Date (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 29 months and shall expire on January 31June 30, 2027 2009 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 twenty-seven (27) months and shall expire on January August 31, 2027 2011 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 120 months and shall expire on January 31April 30, 2027 201 1 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2007 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 Six (6) months and shall expire on January 31September 30, 2027 2010 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months and shall expire on January August 31, 2027 2006 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 Six (6) months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2010 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 84 months and shall expire on January 31September 30, 2027 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 approximately sixty-three (63) months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2015 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 approximately sixty-three (63) months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2015 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 12 months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2001 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 the date (the “"Extended Termination Date”)") which is sixty (60) months after the Expansion Effective Date plus such additional days as may be required to cause the Term to expire on the final day of the calendar month, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months and shall expire on January October 31, 2027 2023 (the “Extended Termination Lease Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Lease Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Lease Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a two-year period (24 months) beyond the Expiration Date with an extended termination date of 15 months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2022 (the “Second Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Second Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the (“Second Extended Term”).

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a one-year period of 15 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 (the 12 months) with an extended termination date “First Extended Termination Date”)” of March 31, 2020, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Lease Termination Date (the “First Extension Date”) and ending on the First Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the (“First Extended Term”).

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months from the Prior Termination Date and shall expire on January 31, 2027 2012 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the LeaseLease or this Amendment. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January August 31, 2027 2016 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Remaining Premises is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire commencing on January 311, 2027 2014, and expiring on April 30, 2017 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion The period of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (time from January 1, 2014, until April 30, 2017, is herein referred to as the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months commencing on February 16, 2019 and shall expire expiring on January 31February 15, 2027 2024 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 thirty-eight (38) months and shall expire on January 31June 30, 2027 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 36 months and shall expire on January 31February 29, 2027 2008 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 36 months and shall expire on January August 31, 2027 2011 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 five (5) months and shall expire on January July 31, 2027 2011 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 2 months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 2017 (the “Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 --------- fifty-eight (58) months and thirteen (13) days and shall expire on January December 31, 2027 2004 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January December 31, 2027 2009 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 26 months and 15 months days and shall expire on January December 31, 2027 2007 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months and shall expire on January 31February 28, 2027 2013 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease with respect to the Expansion Space is hereby extended for a period of 15 23 months and shall expire on January 31November 30, 2027 2003 (the “"Expansion Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Expansion Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Expansion Extension Date”") and ending on the Expansion Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Expansion Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months approximately 48 months, subject to Section ll.B. above, and shall expire on January 31, 2027 2009 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January August 31, 2027 2016 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months commencing on October 1, 2019, and shall expire terminating on January December 31, 2027 2021 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is currently scheduled to expire April 30, 2020. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months sixty (60) months, commencing on May 1, 2020, and shall expire expiring on January 31April 30, 2027 (the “Extended Termination Date”)2025, unless the Lease shall be further extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) as provided therein and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”herein.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 twenty-four (24) months and shall expire on January 31AUGUST 14, 2027 2011 (the “"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Scheduled Term Expiration Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 one hundred twenty (120) months and shall expire on January 31November 30, 2027 2025 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease as amended hereby (the “Amended Lease”). That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 48 months and shall expire on January 31April 30, 2027 2008 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 approximately 40 months and 14 days and shall expire on January 31August 14, 2027 2005 (the “"Extended Termination Expiration Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty-six (66) months and shall expire on January 31June 30, 2027 2015 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”". That portion of the Lease Term retroactively commencing April 1, 2008 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the "Remaining Portion of the Lease Term".

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 forty-six (46) months and shall expire on January 31April 30, 2027 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months and shall expire on January 31February 28, 2027 2013 (the “Fourth Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Fourth Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Fourth Extension Date”) and ending on the Fourth Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Fourth Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty-four (64) months and shall expire on January October 31, 2027 2022 (the “"Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Extension Date”") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 thirty-six (36) months and shall expire on January 31September 30, 2027 2017 (the “"Sixth Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “"Sixth Extension Date”") and ending on the Sixth Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Sixth Extended Term”". Tenant shall have no further renewal option under the Lease.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended retroactively as of August 1, 2010 for a period of 15 one hundred twenty-seven (127) months and shall expire on January 31February 28, 2027 2021 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2020 (the “Third Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Third Extension Date”) and ending on the Third Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Third Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 60 months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2010 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The remaining Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 months modified from one (1) year, four (4) months, and shall expire five (5) days expiring on January 31April 30, 2027 1998 (the “"Prior Termination Date") to sixty (60) months, ("Extended Lease Term") expiring on December 26, 2001 ("Extended Termination Date”"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “"Extended Term”."

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 seventy-four (74) months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2011 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. That portion of the term of the Lease commencing June 1, 2004 and ending on the Prior Termination Date shall be referred to as the “Remaining Portion of the Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty (60) months and thirteen (13) days and shall expire on January 31February 28, 2027 2019 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Lease Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 eighty-six (86) months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 2014 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date December 1, 2006 (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 fifty-eight (58) months and shall expire on January December 31, 2027 2016 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 120 months and shall expire on January October 31, 2027 2026 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”. As of the Extension Date, the Expiration Date under the Lease shall mean the Extended Termination Date, or any extension thereof.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 84 months and shall expire on January 31June 30, 2027 2010 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 sixty-two (62) months and shall expire on January July 31, 2027 2024 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 eighty four (84) months and shall expire on January March 31, 2027 2025 (the “Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term term of the Lease commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be is sometimes referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.

Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 4 months and shall expire on January May 31, 2027 2010 (the “Extended Termination Date”"EXTENDED TERMINATION DATE"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Termination Date (the “Extension Date”"EXTENSION DATE") and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”"EXTENDED TERM".

Extension. The Lease Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of 15 five (5) years and eight (8) months and shall expire on January 31, 2027 2013 (the “Extended Termination Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing on the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Reduction Effective Date (the “Extension Date”defined in Section 2.2 below) and ending on the Extended Termination Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended New Lease Term”.
