Common use of Extensions and Waivers Clause in Contracts

Extensions and Waivers. Any extension of time, or waiver of any provision or requirement of this Agreement will be valid only if made in writing and executed by the Party against whom enforcement of the extension or waiver is sought. Any extension or waiver granted for the benefit of a Contractor will not be denied to any other Contractor, provided that any Federal obligation resulting from the unique constitutional and political status of Native American Tribes, will remain exclusive to any Contractor that is a Native American Tribe.
