Common use of Extent and Duration of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Extent and Duration of Security Interest. (a) The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the Borrower to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (i) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (ii) the security interest created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent. (b) It is intended that the Collateral Interests created herein extend to and cover all assets of the Borrower other than Real Estate, fixtures or Equipment.

(b) The security interest created and granted herein is in addition to, and supplemental of, any security interest previously granted by the any Borrower to the Agent and shall continue in full force and effect applicable to all Liabilities until both (ia) all Liabilities have been paid and/or satisfied in full and (iib) the security interest created herein is specifically terminated in writing by a duly authorized officer of the Agent. (b) It is intended that the Collateral Interests created herein extend to and cover all assets of the Borrower other than Real Estate, fixtures or EquipmentBorrower.
