Common use of EXTENT OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

EXTENT OF CONTRACT. The Contract comprises the construction, completion and maintenance of the works and except in so far as the contract otherwise provides, the provision of all labour, materials, constructional plant, temporary works and everything whether of a temporary or permanent nature required in and for such construction, completion and maintenance.
