Common use of Extent of Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Extent of Liabilities. Other than expenses incurred in connection with the Arrangement and transactions contemplated herein, the Company has no Liabilities (accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise), except as disclosed in the Company Financial Statements or incurred in the ordinary course of business since the date of the Company Financial Statements.
