Extent of Rights. The rights of the Purchaser is limited to the ownership of the Said Apartment and the rights appurtenant and attributable to the Said Apartment. The Purchaser hereby accepts the same and the Purchaser shall not, under any circumstances, raise any claim, of ownership, contrary to the above.
