Common use of Extent of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Extent of this Agreement. This Agreement together with the other Contract Documents represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties with respect to the Infrastructure Project, and, with respect to the Parties, supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, except for the other Contract Documents,

Extent of this Agreement. This Agreement together with the other Contract Documents represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Parties with respect to the Phase 1 Infrastructure Project, and, with respect to the Parties, supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, except for the other Contract Documents,, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and shall be read in pari materia with this Agreement. This Agreement may only be amended by a written instrument signed by the Parties.
