Extenuating Circumstances. 18.6.1.3.1 Where the Unit Member has students who have difficulty providing feedback on the prescribed forms, alternative methods of student evaluation may be selected by mutual agreement of the Unit Member and the Immediate Management Supervisor. 18.6.1.3.2 Where the Unit Member has students who are incapable of providing feedback or where a survey of students is clearly impractical, the requirement for administration of the Student Evaluation Forms may be waived by mutual agreement of the Unit Member and the Immediate Management Supervisor.
