Common use of Extermination Clause in Contracts

Extermination. If the Premises shall become infested with vermin, Tenant, at its expense, shall cause the same to be exterminated as may be required by contractors approved by Landlord.

Extermination. If the Tenant's Premises shall become becomes infested with verminvermin due to Tenant's use thereof, TenantTenant shall, at its expense, shall sole cost and expense cause the same Premises (and such other portions of the Building that have become infested) exterminated by such exterminators as shall be approve by Landlord and at such time(s) and to be exterminated such extent as may be required by contractors approved by Landlordthe Landlord deems necessary.

Extermination. If the Leased Premises shall become becomes infested with vermin, TenantLandlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall cause the same Leased Premises to be exterminated from time to time, to the satisfaction of Tenant, and shall employ such exterminators therefor as may shall be required by contractors approved by Landlord.
