External Auditor. 16.1 There shall be an External Auditor of the Organisation who shall be appointed and removed by the OECS Authority. 16.2 Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph the regulations governing the terms and conditions of service and powers of the External Auditor shall be approved by the OECS Authority.
