External Quality Review. On at least an annual basis, Contractor will cooperate fully with any external evaluations and assessments of its performance authorized by DOM under this Agreement and conducted by DOM’s contracted EQRO or other designee. Independent assessments will include, but not be limited to, any independent evaluation required or allowed by Federal or State statute or regulation. See Exhibit C, External Quality Review, of this Contract for additional requirements of Contractor. Contractor shall address any deficiencies or contract variances identified by the EQRO expediently, on a schedule to be determined by DOM. DOM may issue sanctions for deficiencies or contract variances, which are not addressed to the satisfaction of DOM.
