Extra-Curricular and Field Trips. Extra-curricular and field trips shall be assigned as follows: Subd. 1 All charters of less than three hours shall be assigned on an equally as practicable basis from among drivers who have indicated their availability in writing. To be considered for assignment under this subdivision, drivers must sign the posted availability sheet. Drivers who decline a run under this subdivision will be credited with the hours of the run for the purpose of determining the equal distribution of extra-curricular and field trip runs of less than three hours.
